At Tyroop, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services to our clients. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1️⃣ Nature of Services
Tyroop provides digital and online services. As these services are intangible and customized in nature, refund eligibility is limited.
2️⃣ Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, only if work has not been started.
Once the service has been initiated or delivered, cancellation is not allowed.
3️⃣ Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made by mistake
Payment deducted but service not confirmed
Service not delivered due to our inability to fulfill the order
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
4️⃣ Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
Change of mind after purchase
Delay caused due to incomplete information from client
Dissatisfaction after final delivery (if service delivered as agreed)
Failure to read service details before purchase
5️⃣ Chargebacks & Disputes
If a customer raises a chargeback without contacting us first, Tyroop reserves the right to suspend services and provide necessary proof to the payment provider.
6️⃣ Modifications & Revisions
We may offer revisions as per service agreement, but revisions do not qualify for refunds.
